DE C.V., (hereinafter LINNOIT) informs you that LINNOIT is responsible for your personal data. The “User” may contact LINNOIT at any time through our e-mail or directly in our offices located in Oviedo#127, Col. Bosques de las Cumbres, C.P. 64619, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. 

We protect and safeguard your personal data to prevent damage, loss, destruction, theft, misplacement, alteration and unauthorized processing of your personal data.

Personal Data 

The information must be truthful and complete. The user will always be responsible for the data provided and in no case will LINNOIT be responsible for the veracity of this data.

If in the unlikely event one or more of our posts have been left open for interaction with the Internet user community in the discussion rooms on the LINNOIT site, you should be aware that any information you post will be available to other users. In our notification program for promotions, offers and services through emails, instant messages or robots where you have subscribed or Opt-in, only LINNOIT has access to the information collected. This type of advertising is done through notices and promotional email messages, which will only be sent to you and those contacts registered for that purpose, this indication may be modified at any time by sending an email to or through our own tools looking for the Opt-out option. To exercise your arco rights and revoke the consent given

As the owner of the personal data, the “User” may exercise the ARCO rights (access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the processing of his personal data), or revoke the consent he has given to LINNOIT , for the processing of his personal data, by sending his request directly to the Customer Service area through the email account:  

Such an application must at least contain (a) name and address or other means of communicating the reply to your request; (b) documents proving your identity or, where appropriate, legal representation; (c) a clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you are requested to exercise any of the ARCO rights; (d) an express statement revoking your consent to the processing of your personal data and therefore preventing their use; (e) any other element facilitating the location of the personal data. 

Your request must be accompanied by the grounds on which you are requesting such revocation and an official identification of the data subject or his/her proxy. Within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) working days we will attend to your request and inform you of the origin of the request via the email address from which it was received. 

LINNOIT asks the user to update their data every time they undergo any modification, as this will allow us to provide an efficient and personalized service. 

Transfers of information with third parties 

LINNOIT only makes data transfers to fulfil its obligations to customers. 

LINNOIT will only share data when required by court order to comply with procedural provisions.
